I'd give no stars of I could. No parcel. No card. Rang the helpline which says it was left at flat 34, there are 32 in my block of flats. Can't really get much worse

Fantastic. Haven't always had positive experiences with Yodel! But I cannot fault them this time. Received regular text and email updates. Got a 2 hour delivery window. Parcel was delivered on time, in perfect condition, and the driver was pleasant and helpful and made sure it was safely in the house because it was pretty heavy. Yodel are definitely improving recently

This is my second experience with Yodel and if I am told a package is being delivered by you I would rather not have it.. such rubbish drivers& service, I absolutely nothing good today about this company, where do I start with finding where my Parcel is that a tracking day was delivered when I was at home? and did not receive it!

Customer service zero, if there where minus stars, that's what I'd give. Lost my parcel, and dont care !

Ordered parcel and paid extra for next day delivery. When I track it on the suppliers website it has been sat in Yodels dispatch depot for almost 48 hours now. I am going on holiday tomorrow which is why I paid extra for next day. Very disappointing.
