Only just received one parcel after a four day wait and a supposedly missed call. Still waiting for next parcel- poor service as far as I’m concerned as I have to wait in. I will never use this company or companies that use them

Terrible - just disappeared off system and still not received

Wrong Brother.
Worst delivery company going, claiming to have attempted delivery and customer service states the vans GPS was no where near the house, message stating it's been delivered and it shows up two days later.

If I could give 0 I would, they are just not good at their job. Failed deliveries over and over again. If it wasn't so frustrating it'd be funny.

I didn't know Yodel was still in existence. They were rubbish years ago and they still are.
