Very very very poor service.I have been waiting for for my click and collect order 9 days.stil tracking shows ups it did no arrive. Very disappointed

I've received 2 emails 2 days in a row that my package will arrive on the day but it did not arrive on any of those days

Yodel telling me delivery tracking, delivery will be today 27 Nov...where is it then?

The most terrible service ever. They have lost my parcel, because apparently courier "delivered" it to a "safe" place God knows where and I have never seen my parcel. Courier didn't bother to leave a card either. I have found out that my parcel from ebay has been lost 6 days later!

They don't inform you when they are delivering...cant be in if you don't know your coming.. useless.

If only you could speak to someone instead of ridiculous chat, parcels might arrive - USELESS

Driver broke my gate lock by ragging on it. Instead of putting the parcel down and opening the gate. Used brute force and broke the lock. Absolutely appalling behaviour.

I ordered on November 15th and I'm still waiting and it still hasn't arrived. Even though I have been sending my address for seven days today, they keep saying that we need your address information and making fun of people.

I haven't received my parcel even though its meant to have been delivered!
