This package containing gifts went way astray Was told it had been "scanned" and delivered two days before Christmas, then told on the day after Christmas that it was "lost" and advised to request replacement and refund of expedited shipping fee... all of which required HOURS on the damned phone, and did not resolve the refund or replacement or credit requests -- only to find it was delivered two days after Christmas. Not a great experience.

Fortunately my package was delivered and also received only because my neighbor was kind enough to fetch it off the top of my mailbox on the street! Please deliver all UPS packages to the house and do not leave them on top of mailboxes on the street!

My package sat in Fort Worth Tx for 4 1/2days! Then it went to Dallas and sat there for 12hours!I am a very unhappy UPS online member!! WHERE is my package & WHRN will it be delivered!!? I was supposed to be notified by email; I’m really upset!!
