The phone system sucs to get information- you cannot to talk to anyone they claim the address is wrong yet it is correct they are annoying I still haven’t gotten my package

They delivered my stuff to wrong address , gave me the run around trying to file a claim. Representative Hung up on me! Reordered my stuff and they took it to my neighbor. I'd give them zero stars but that's not an option

Drivers can't read. Several times my packages have been left at the wrong address. Now today, saying my new phone was stolen off the truck.

Driver didn't give enuff time 2 answer door and took off so fast.. I hurried to door from upstairs, 12 steps, to find a note on door saying they'd try deliver 2maro.. No sight of UPS cuz I home all day.. A week later and decided to go local UPS shipping store 2 c f they had it, they didn't.. I was waiting for a horse fly mask, which according to paperwork, was under 1lb. And required a signature!! Unbelievable, said they would try next day, no sight of him.. Ughhh... Grrr... Not happy

I shipped a package during Christmas and we are in March now. Still not delivered yet. They don't even know where it is my package. No one to give you a clear answer at the customer service.

I ha e spent 3 hours so far to find out what happened to my package which says it was “handed to an individual “. I was home at the time and no package was delivered, it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get any customer service on this. Please call me and find out what happened to my package. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I have never had an issue with a driver, personally but packages have arrived smashed and boxes damaged. I feel this should have been by the driver b4 leaving... My biggest gripe is that 1ho is the routing of our parcels. For example the new phone I am awaiting was sent from a location 190 odd mess birth of me, in the same State actually, hundreds of miles east then hundreds of miles south to another state then re-,routed back across two state-lines to the state of it's origin some Five Days Later! Im not against more people making money but I'ma bot for being charged extra so my phone takes a cross country scenic route tho I paid for two day shipping!!! Heck even if it was coming standard shipping why waste the manpower and gas and add to the CO2 emission problems! Ok, I've had my say, im sure some computer algorithm figured out this route as the most economical and productive. What do I know? Im just a silly human being!?
