When I want to know where my parcel is, it doesn't help you only show me which day I posted it! I know that! This service is useless if you can't really track it or say when it will arrive!

Pathetic service! No acknowledgement nor feedback on queries or complaints. No one answers telephone calls... but three people in an empty post office WITH NO CUSTOMERS ... not surprising. Just shocking ... the relevant Minister in Cabinet must be fired Should be able to rate MINUS 5 stars

I posted a Parcel on the 24th of march to Namibia with track and trace it still hasn't arrived. I've called the helpline and waited 1 hour with no reply the app on my phone tell me it left Cape Town the next day track and trace on the Website tell me the tracking number is wrong. so what do i do now? anyone thinking of useing this service my advice is don't at this point my customer doesn't want the goods. so i have lost R8000 plus the postage. disgusting..
