Waited on the phone to speak to an agent for over 20 minutes, still waiting. The app doesn't do much either. Still waiting on a reply from email. Not sure if this place even exists at this point. I need to track a parcel or at least change the address please.

useless and utterly incompetent. Waiting since January for my parcel which was delivered to Monument Park post office which closed down for not paying their rent, spent 8 mins on hold trying to contact SA post office with no answer, SA post office should just close down and stop wasting our time.
