Not really satisfied, all day yesterday error message or tracking number not recognised appears. This document in a standard size envelope is critical for myself as my monthly UK pension will be delayed if not received in Manchester.

My parcel RU914537289NL arrived in South Africa 1 July 2021 but has not bn delivered to PE, still stuck in JHB and when I try calling the Post Office number there is no reply, nor do they make a follow up even to emails sent they just ignore a person. PATHETIC SERVICES RENDERED I must say!!!

My parcel is GONE. If you type the number THEY sent. It just says cannot find it or error. They do not answer their phones or reply To mails. They do not even get 1 star in my eyes!

A parcel was sent on the 17th of August 2021, I've been trying to track it as it still hasn't reached it's destination even though it's a domestic parcel. The tracking results show that it's still at Ladysmith Hub even though they received it on the 18th. It still hasn't been shipped.

A parcel was posted on 15july from Sydney. It arrived 20 July in SA. It went through customs and was ready for delivery on 26July. Up to today 23 Aug I have not received it! Why?????

South African Post Office is totally pathetic. Priority mail from UK to Cape Town International Airport left UK 1.8.21. You advise in Jhb hub 10.8.21. Another app advised in Cape Town C priority mail 16.8.21 at 11.06 but I have not received parcel yet. Totally incompetent.
