Not very happy with this deliver service. I have been calling and tracking my package and I have gotten nowhere. Package was supposed to arrive on Friday and it didnt come. I have not received a call. My shipment will be 4 days late at the earliest. I was told to call a specific number and nobody ever answers the phone.

I am a small business owner and rely on RL for nearly all of our shipments. They by far have the best customer service and deliver on time. I specifically ask my distributors to use them for shipments bc they are absolutely the most reliablable, and this is very important to my business.
