This by far was the worst experience I have ever had with a trucking company! For starters, my shipment was sent to the wrong zip code. It went to 76667 not 93455, as I specified with the shipper who verified it via email. Once R L got that straightened out it took forever to get loaded on a partner truck. I was told the shipment would take four days. Wound up tacking over double that! The partner driver never did call to let me know he was a hour away as requested. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!

It showed up on time only thing that pi*sed me off was that they did a bad job of updating the location after it left NV but it did show up on time and it was properly packed and they even brought it into my yard and placed it the driver was very respectful i just wish they did a better job of tracking for items

I would give a zero if I could have yet to get my swimming pool was supposed to be here yesterday said I was number 4 drop off now it says call customer service and guess what no fn answer and says in transit I am going to make sure everyone I know never uses this company
