My package was picked up on March 27th and the last « news » regarding its transit was April 2nd. Hopeless trying to use this online service- flooded with ads and links that take you everywhere EXCEPT Purolator. Only gave it one star because there was nothing lower available.

Not very helpful I cannot find where my package went or what happened to it I have ordered several things this way and I don’t get them it’s not very good service as far as I’m concerned it is piss poor

Had several packages supposedly delivered to my address or stated they can't be delivered and returned to the facility and when providing customer support and given the info for tracking they have nothing for me as they've somehow managed to ship it elsewhere

Purolator has always been terrific for their service. I find that if a delivery service is at times late with delivery, they might have had unforseen issues along the way. I do admit that 5 days is a bit much. For me, the service was always 95% accurate.

I thought Intelecom was the worst delivery company until dealing with Purolater. They should change the name to see you later because they are already three days late. Don’t deal with this sub standard deliVery company unless you have multiple days to waste waiting. I would give them a minus 20 rating if I could.

They had to deliver my order on Friday and today is Monday no one showed up or they even didn't call

My item arrived in town 6 days ago, tracking says arrived at sort facility, the out for delivery, then rescheduled for next day, then arrived at sort facility, then out for delivery, then rescheduled for next day, then arrived at sort facility. This has been going on for days, calling them is no use because it a 45 minute wait time. They have "0" customer service and support. I will never use them, and not purchase from companies that use them, what a joke

I've had parts in Winnipeg for 6 days in limbo. Keeps saying arrived at sort facility. That message was has been repeated daily, then delivery rescheduled for next day, then more arrived at sort facility, a delivery rescheduled for next day, and then more arrived at sort facility. 6 days of B/S tracking messages. How can you conduct business like this ??? Moving forward I won't even deal with businesses that use Purolater. They are a joke and have "0" customer service or support
