The customer service made a promise would deliver at my home and if nobody was there, put the package at my front door. Apparently the next day, I've got another text message, they wanted me to pick up. Life is not easy as a fairytale, eh?

Purolator never delivers to my house. They leave it by the road near my mailbox. I live in the country. Every other courier finds my house. What's up with that?

Parcel was picked up by Purolator. They knew the size of the package & agreed to deliver it, in the current situation. Yet they are holding up the recipients by using Covid situation and the package size/weight, putting the recipients out of their way. Purolator has been aware and / or in possession of the package since July 31/2020. It has taken now two weeks to ship a package, which they agreed to, roughly 4 hours away. Use your protective equipment and there should be no problem. We are now in stage 3!

Worst Shipping company ever. Never get what you inquire about and pay extra for. Don’t deliver to door as requested. Customers do not matter to them

Too slow. Parcel sits in Toronto for over week and the in destination for more than a week.
