It is hard to believe that this company is still doing service. Would rate a -10 if it was available. I can see having difficulties occassionally but every time is just ridiculous. Maybe they should hire people who actually want to work.

A 2 day shipping turned in to a week. For some reason my parcel is sitting in Winnipeg and no one can explain to me why it wasn’t shipped. 0 stars from me !
