Wasn't home at time of delivery, no satisfaction when I called customer service. They should have left it at the shelburne convenience store, but took it back to mississauga and expected me to pic it up there! Only a 90 minute drive for me!

Special instructions stipulated “side basement door”, courier delivered to “FRONT DOOR”. Are Purolator delivery agents instructed to ignore special delivery instructions? Or are they ignorant just in general, leaving large parcels exposed for anyone to steal from the front door when the resident is not home? This “Promise” was only partially fulfilled!!

High rate and does not respect time delivery. Suppose to arrived 11:00 am and during the day change at 14:00. Bad service

Sadly I wish I could rate 0. Spoke to a girl on their live chat. She was no help whatsoever. I asked if possibly the driver could call me when he arrives due to no doorbell and my disability limits how far or fast i can go. She said no and that was pretty much that. Wheres the Amazon drivers? Id rather them. At least they provide me with "Photo on delivery" which is helpful to me. Purolator stinks.

No updated tracking. States was picked up but does not say if its with the driver etc. No update since 4 am. Is to be delivered today
