My parcel was picked up 4 days ago with no further updates. I only live 10 klms away. I could have walked over and collected it faster

Worst company I've ever dealt with they got one star because I couldn't put negative 100 stars they are rude they don't care and where is my bloody parcel

Today is the 27th of February my parcels were suppose to be here on the 19th. No updates this is so bad.

I placed an order with a seller nine days ago. Still no tracking updates other than that it was picked up. Where's my stuff? Could have picked it up myself much faster, despite working full time.

My parts were mis directed to the Gold Coast NOT CAIRNS !!! Causing a week long delay....

I was waiting over a week on an item I needed for my wedding. No updates and not only did the item never arrive, but it never left their facility to be sent interstate. Thanks for nothing.

Extremely slow should be called garbage way

It would be better if you spent more time updating your parcel delivery instead of asking for a review !! my parcel is a week late and know one seems to know where it is !!

slower than aust post. and no tracking updates for one week. it certainly not FAST WAY should be SLOW WAY.

SLOWAY!!!!!! could walk quicker than their deliveries!! no communication it is now 21/2 and the package is in transit from perth and has been since the 13th.....................8 days what a joke. consider selling to the chinese guys they get goods shipped mainland china to your door in 3 days WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM!!!

Fantastic. To front door in a rural village were usually I can only get mail to a PO Box. Very speedy delivery. It came a few days within the fortnight, from the date of ordering. Impressive especially given that usually where I am if packages come at all they're almost always late and usually I have to retrieve it from the post office in the local town. Fantastic 5☆ service, package came in good time and tidy condition. Completely recommend 'Fast way Couriers'.

Item sorted 7/2/24 Sydney,no other updates.Today is the 16/2/24,still no update or delivery.Supposed to have received yesterday.Even Australia Post are much,much quicker than this mob.Should be called slowestway!I wouldn’t use this mob myself.

Got lost of package delivered they all arrived late and some packages lost.

This company is just appalling, undoubtedly the worst courier service in Australia (service, what a sick joke). Sellers could never use this company. I'm not sure how they even stay in business. Avoid them like the plague (0 stars)

I love having important mail delayed perpetually in transit without any service personnel capable to provide information and/or solutions. This is another top courier service if you just want to waste time and money, it is nearly as good as just pegging the parcel in a random direction and hoping it makes it to the recipient. Five stars, one each for; maximum inconvenience, stress impact, parcel damage/loss, useless contact and successfully marketing a scam to be a legitimate service.
