The absolute and Classical definition of a RORT. They disguise an annual charge payable monthly to search for an order the’ve held onto for a reason…My next stop is EBay.

Have held the package since the 23 Feb 2024. ITS last assumed delivery date was yesterday. FASTWAY is the slowest way. OH yes. And it asnt arrived yet.

It's been a week and no update and haven't received my parcel

This company is absolutely useless. Slowesr delivery in Australia and that's saying something. Avoid like the bubonic plague.

What a disgrace. Fastway took 2 weeks to deliver. Should be called snailway or slowway or even no way. PEOPLE GO WITH ANOTHER CARRIER.

Worst company ever, take so long to deliver parcels and terrible customer service don't care when driver doesn't follow instructions and leaves your parcel in an unsafe place at risk of being stolen or destroyed by weather.

My parcel still has not arrived from Melbourne to Newcastle yet, in transit for 3 weeks now. I know Australia is a big country but not the big 13 hour drive. Custom service with fast way very poor for not letting you know where your parcel is.

No updates since it's been picked up.......... why so many days and no updates....

this would have to be the worst courier i have ever encountered.the should be called SNAIL SERVICE.

Fastway must be the worst courier in the country they are unable to follow simple instructions - ring doorbell on arrival and wait until I answer the door. My item was left at the front. At least, they found my address this occasion it only took them 10 days to deliver from Melbourne to Sydney. Auspost Perth to Sydney 6 days. There name should have been Slow way not Fastway.

Clearly, the bloke is walking from melbourne to sydney with my item. Ordered on the 17/2. I get deliveries from europe quicker. 1 star is way too generous.

Parcel picked up by Courier 9 days ago east coast. Being delivered to WA No further updates no idea where parcel is. Will refuse to buy products in future from sellers who use Fastway to nowhere Couriers.

Absolutely disgusting service , so much for express service I may as well have gone with Australia Post . People don’t use this service it’s the worst I will pass the word far and wide
