Your delivery people are the most lazy worker of all industry, even they saw people were in the house, they just put notes in the letterbox and driving away, then I have to pick up again such a bad services

We were home and received an email that the courier tried to deliver the parcel. The courier made no attempt to deliver, I am extremely unhappy with the poor service

Took them 10 days from dandenong to springvale then accused me of signing for package, then when i had cctv, retracted thier postion and deleting their email of this accusation. Do not use. Very dodgy. Went through claims and got another one sent. All up 15 days from dandenong to springvale. Get your s**t together.
