We were home and received an email that the courier tried to deliver the parcel. The courier made no attempt to deliver, I am extremely unhappy with the poor service

Took them 10 days from dandenong to springvale then accused me of signing for package, then when i had cctv, retracted thier postion and deleting their email of this accusation. Do not use. Very dodgy. Went through claims and got another one sent. All up 15 days from dandenong to springvale. Get your s**t together.

They said they delivered my parcel but I didn't get it.

Would never recommend this courier, leaves parcels at agents that are only open Monday to Friday 9 to 5 so if you're working you can't pick it up. Ridiculous.

My parcel was in Sydney 26th of Feb making its way to Perth. Location has still not been updated and I have not seen or heard anything. Emailed on the 7th, so technically they still have one more 'working day to respond, but after seeing these other reviews I am not hopeful...
