There's not one positive thing I can say about FASTWAY parcels are always late if you receive them at all! Customer service is rude &un helpful, tracking isn't accurate no response from investigation in to missing parcel would not recommend at all.

If I could give less than one star I would! Delivery's are always late that's if you receive it, customer service is non existent.

I wouldn’t trust you to deliver myself a cup of tea from the other side of the room. Pack up shop and get Australian Post to move for you.

They have my parcel since the 21/01/2020 and up to now I did not received 03/02/2020

Poor service. Never recieved the parcell that was tracked and supposedly delivered. Emailed, was told would be contacted within 2 bussiness days. Heard nothing. Tried to call, kept being on hold.
