They have my parcel since the 21/01/2020 and up to now I did not received 03/02/2020

Poor service. Never recieved the parcell that was tracked and supposedly delivered. Emailed, was told would be contacted within 2 bussiness days. Heard nothing. Tried to call, kept being on hold.

Never left a note/letter to advise the parcel has been dropped off at local post office. Always delayed

Terrible service. Had driver apparently try to deliver a package 3 days ago. Someone was home the whole time. Have tried to contact company via email (no response) contacted driver and he said he would get back to me (he did not) All I want is my package.

Amazing, got my parcel 2 days from ordering it, when fast way got it which was the 30th they delivered it the same day! Highly recommend maybe even better than Aus post which are still delivering all of my parcels
