Terrible service. Had driver apparently try to deliver a package 3 days ago. Someone was home the whole time. Have tried to contact company via email (no response) contacted driver and he said he would get back to me (he did not) All I want is my package.

Amazing, got my parcel 2 days from ordering it, when fast way got it which was the 30th they delivered it the same day! Highly recommend maybe even better than Aus post which are still delivering all of my parcels

Today January 30. Been waiting for a parcel 4 weeks now every time I call they say they will expedite it and call me back but never a reply. Worst courier company ever. Zero rating.

Never had a courier company take so long to deliver something from within the country. Fast - they are Not. Sydney to Melbourne has already been a week & still not due till next week. This is not the 1st time they’ve delivered slowly.
