Only getting 1 start because I can't rate a zero, these guys are a joke, 20days and still waiting for a package, not even processed into my state yet

terrible speed. package tracking information was delayed by more than 10 days. no follow up or what so ever.

Parcels been sitting at their Dandenong Depot since 9/1/19, as far as I know it's still there. No up dates since it arrived there. Should change their name to Slowest Couriers. Can't give half a star unfortunately.
