My package still not delivered still in transit for 12 days from Melbourne to Perth

The item was delivered when no one was home. A card was left with no details no information about where to pick up parcel. I have a tracking number but the fastway.com.au web site is useless. I still have no idea where or when my parcel will be returned. Very unsatisfactory and very disappointed with this courier.
