The item was delivered when no one was home. A card was left with no details no information about where to pick up parcel. I have a tracking number but the fastway.com.au web site is useless. I still have no idea where or when my parcel will be returned. Very unsatisfactory and very disappointed with this courier.

I have been waiting for my Christmas present since Dec 3rd and it's now the end of Jan no response from the company and no parcel!!!!

Really disappointed so far. A package ordered 26/12 has not moved since the 28. Was due 7/1. No response to emails either. Very poor in a service based customer experience.

2 x 30 minute phone calls and guaranteed that it will be delivered And I will be contacted back to let know what’s going on. 4 days later no phone call email no parcel.
