Really disappointed so far. A package ordered 26/12 has not moved since the 28. Was due 7/1. No response to emails either. Very poor in a service based customer experience.

2 x 30 minute phone calls and guaranteed that it will be delivered And I will be contacted back to let know what’s going on. 4 days later no phone call email no parcel.

I’ve had several parcels,bought on eBay,sent by Fastway couriers,I find,very unreliable and extremely slow,may be because your cheap!!
