Tracking number is useless. All it tells me is that the parcel was picked up by the courier 16 days ago. Sure it has to go from east to west but unless the couriers are walking. It should have arrived by now.

I was anxious after reading some of the earlier reviews but though it took a day longer than expected the item arrived intact and the tracking details were updated regularly enough.

Delivering toys on a Saturday that are Santa Christmas presents. No attempt made to cover identy of delivery.

I feel that they should try something new ...obviously delivering goods is not their strong point..perhaps we can suggest an alternate more suitable career path that dont require any effort integrity accountability or responsibility...tuff one....anyone have any ideas?

Pathetic! Left a card because no one was home yet a minute later it’s been delivered! I’d like to know who they delivered it to because it wasn’t me!! Call the depot get a recording then it hangs up! This courier is the worst!!!!!
