No tracking info for 9 days. Parcel now 2 days late. I know its busy with Xmas but information would be appreciated.

I have had issues with parcels going missing or being delivered to the wrong addresses before by Fastway Bendigo, and to make it worse the people at the bendigo depot were rude and couldn't care less. I am once again waiting on a parcel that if I had of known it was being sent through Fastway I would have been better off driving the 1500km and getting it myself. The courier never rings the doorbell, he just leaves the notifications in my mail. Shameful, he does that for my neighbours as well. I told the postal office what happens every time (I have to personally go to the office post to pick my weekly packages). I have to stay at the window to see him coming and go outside because he never rings the bell.

I have never actually had a parcel delivered by these people. I have had to collect every time even though a lot of the time i was home. They don't even leave a card most of the time, i just get a text. An employee at the depot admitted last time when i complained that unfortunately the courier for my area of Bowen Hills is "really cr*p at his job" . If i could give 0 stars i would
