I don't understand the 1.3 rating........ it should be 0.0 rating. Worst people to deal with. After trying to locate my parcel, which from their website as been at their depot for the last 2 weeks. I text courier and asked when i would be receiving it, he told me to be patient and that i would eventually receive. He referred to me as mate in his text. I explained that calling me MATE was rude. He replied if i want it any sooner to go and get it myself, BUD. Rude, unprofessional and a joke........ today is the 15th still waiting on something that was suppose to have been delivered on the 4th. Don't bother ringing depot to try and organize to pick it up yourself, because no one will answer

Bad, just bad, every time. Lose packages, don't knock, drivers complain, don't answer when you call, if someone told me this company was a giant scam I wouldn't argue. Just bad.

Terrible, goods still not delivered, left cards in letter box I was home had trades people here no reason to leave a card, rang to get things delivered, got hung up on. Use someone else for your delivery!

Total non service organisation. They dont want you to call them, they simply dont answer phone. There so called parcel collect is useless.
