Total non service organisation. They dont want you to call them, they simply dont answer phone. There so called parcel collect is useless.

I personally would use Fastway couriers. 2weeks so far for a delivery from Sydney to Perth. PS it's not here yet.

The worst courier company in Australia. A bunch of lying, dodgy crooks. Was at home on both days they supposedly attempted delivery! Absolutely no way they even tried. Obviously no card left as claimed either! A shoddy disgrace of a company that should be closed down.

Just got a card in the mail box saying we missed you! With this website and a tracking number. It said my parcel has been delivered to an agent for me to pick up! No matter where I click there doesn’t seem to be any information! No phone number to call. Really really terrible!!!! At least the card could have an address for where I could pick up my parcel not all of this logging onto a website which gives no information!! Not sure what I do now except complain here!! Tried to take back my one star I accidentally tapped but won’t let me. Really want to give no stars!!
