Worst courier ever. They don’t deliver on the scheduled day, but deliver on random days without giving notice. Communication is almost non- existent with them, only by email. Their response is slow, awkward, not addressing issues.

I understand that when I'm not home when a parcel is going to be delivered, that I will need to go and collect it. Bit hard to pick it up though, when I can't access information as to where to collect it.

Every single time I buy something from eBay and it’s shipped with fast way it takes for ever ! Do you guys literally use camels for transporting goods?
