Worst courier ever. They don’t deliver on the scheduled day, but deliver on random days without giving notice. Communication is almost non- existent with them, only by email. Their response is slow, awkward, not addressing issues.

I understand that when I'm not home when a parcel is going to be delivered, that I will need to go and collect it. Bit hard to pick it up though, when I can't access information as to where to collect it.

Really poor tracking info. Notice dropped in mail of delivery attempt with the "pick up from the collection point" box left empty. Seriously?
