Fastaway tried to deliver Thursday. Left card to say had been taken to Parcel Collection point. Checked tracking on Saturday and there are no details of where to collect items and the items are not at my local collection point. Not at all happy with this service.

Signature required means nothing to these drivers . Lost freight means nothing to the companys . No care . No responsibility. How they are still in business astounds me

Pissed off customer
I took a day off work so was home and they didn’t even bother ringing the bell or calling. Pathetic service! How hard is it being a courier!!
