Once again despite the fact that i was home and waiting for the parcel all I get is a mailbox slip saying the driver couldn't make delivery . These people deserve their low rating. No wonder they don't show their phone number on the website.

Tracking says parcels were delivered to the front door. CCTV cameras prove no one ever made a delivery. Impossible to contact to follow up. Avoid at all costs

Sh*t service. Was home and the driver didn't come to the intercom. He shoved the card in the letter box and left. Getting details of the pick point was non existent either... the website is not showing the delivery agent for me to pick up. On the phone no one answers for ages... and they keep saying to check the website for delivery address. I'm going around in circles... Sorry not a good service at all. Really disappointed
No better than Australia Post!!!
