Sh*t service. Was home and the driver didn't come to the intercom. He shoved the card in the letter box and left. Getting details of the pick point was non existent either... the website is not showing the delivery agent for me to pick up. On the phone no one answers for ages... and they keep saying to check the website for delivery address. I'm going around in circles... Sorry not a good service at all. Really disappointed

Said they attempted to deliver parcel, no note left. Looked up on line and the tracking doesn't say where to collect it from.

Over 15 days still no delivery

Worst courier company ever. They never deliver on time and then take your package back to the warehouse never to be seen again. If I knew a company was going to use Fastway for delivery I wouldn't buy their product.

Not at all a trustworthy partner for deliver. Lot of mess not able to deliver & even locate my parcel.
