Fast delivery and they take excellent care with your parcels. They only received 4 stars because the tracking was slow. They really need an app

Absolutely hopeless. If I knew my item was coming through fast way I would have driven to Sydney and picked it up myself because I could have rode a push bike from Brisbane to Sydney and back and still beaten you lot. 6-7days from Sydney to Brisbane so far and still waiting. Startrack are even quicker.
