Absolutely hopeless. If I knew my item was coming through fast way I would have driven to Sydney and picked it up myself because I could have rode a push bike from Brisbane to Sydney and back and still beaten you lot. 6-7days from Sydney to Brisbane so far and still waiting. Startrack are even quicker.

Tracking information f#ing usless almost no point. Delivery Very late at this point. International post is faster than fastway melboune to perth. Very disapointed. Will not buy from anyone that uses fastway. Get your sh!t together

Unable to find simple addresses and then lie about business addresses being closed. Avoid shopping with companies that use Fastway

Parcel picked up 2nd it's the 10th and no updates of tracking, no parcel, no card in mail box, no sms, no reply to email i sent, no contact at all by Fastway.

Parcel arrived in the Melbourne depot in August 26 for shipment to Perth. It’s now 10 September and I STILL DON’T HAVE IT. It’s been in the Perth facility for at least a week....these couriers are hopeless. Every update I get tells me nothing

Have had previous dealings with Fastway much to my sorrow caused me all kinds of anguish and loss never want to deal with Fastway again
