Parcel arrived in the Melbourne depot in August 26 for shipment to Perth. It’s now 10 September and I STILL DON’T HAVE IT. It’s been in the Perth facility for at least a week....these couriers are hopeless. Every update I get tells me nothing

Have had previous dealings with Fastway much to my sorrow caused me all kinds of anguish and loss never want to deal with Fastway again

Poor services been waiting for 2 weeks them to re send my parcel out but still sitting at depo

My parcels were delivered and blousy shoved in my post box. No permission to leave without signature given. Also both parcel looked like they had been stepped on ( dirty footprint on one) and had been ripped open. One end was gone and the contents left exposed to the elements and opportunity for theft. Not happy !

10 days after my parcel left Melbourne there has been no updates available on line where the parcel is and when I rang them they couldn’t tell me either.

Never on time, even with guaranteed delivery date by seller. Quicker to get DHL delivery from Europe than Fastway Sydney to Melbourne.
