10 days after my parcel left Melbourne there has been no updates available on line where the parcel is and when I rang them they couldn’t tell me either.

Never on time, even with guaranteed delivery date by seller. Quicker to get DHL delivery from Europe than Fastway Sydney to Melbourne.

Parcel was 3 days late, customer service is atrocious, no one could help track the parcel, couldn’t provide depot contacts, couldn’t even escalate the issue. Terrible company do not use.

Actually deliver 2 out of 10 parcels, the rest I have to go to the depot. Say that they attempted delivery when they have not and don't leave any card nor notice , so I never have any idea where my parcels are. Very bad courier service. I do NOT recommend to any of my friends nor colleges
