I am chasing a delivery that has taken a week and three days , this company has passed on this parcel to a third party courier who they can not identify and have no idea when i will receive my freight that’s i have paid for ,they are the worst in Australia, DO NOT TRUST YOUR FREIGHT WITH THESE MUPPETS.

Very negative review .7 days to deliver within the Sydney metro area and to have it thrown onto the verandah from 2 meters away with no attempt at getting a signature .Just as well it wasn’t broken.Just not good enough!

The courier never attempted to deliver the package, just brought the package to the parcel connect agent directly. Worst courier company!

Worst courier company on the planet, absolutey useless and their tracking service is beyond pathetic I personally hate this company ! A donkey led by a 90 year old man Would be faster!
