Worst courier company on the planet, absolutey useless and their tracking service is beyond pathetic I personally hate this company ! A donkey led by a 90 year old man Would be faster!

Tracking system is useless! Simply says when parcel collected, not where it is or if its on schedule. Received notification of delivery delay 1 week after scheduled delivery date. Can take 3-4 weeks to deliver to Perth from Sydney. I can get it from China faster! Have had many instances of excessively late delivery. If there was a lower rating than 1star I would tick that.

Shocking service, no email or sms regarding delivery date, no doorbell ring, just a card in the letter box saying i must go to your depot 35ks away to collect. You need a lesson from Auspost

I never experienced such terrible costumer service in my entire life. You don't answer on phone calls!? Why? I wanted rate you business with 0 star but obviously you haven't put that rate. Zero rate from me.

Parcel took over a week longer than expected. Tracking details should be more accurate and specific.

I was not impressed when I found the delivery card at the door. Three people were at home all day. Now I have the inconvenience of collecting the parcel.
