Item posted by eBay seller with tracking. Item received and receipted by Australia post on the 4/04/10. It has taken 4 days to process and now is it only in transport. What a joke ! 4 days to process an a4 envelope. What is going on Australia post. I would like an answer ?

It has been two days since being advised that the parcel was in transit and delivered yesterday. I stayed home to ensure it arrived safely and now today, the same thing again.

Post out parsel on 1 April 2019 from VIC to NSW and today 9 April 2019 the parsel still sit at VIC after a week!!!

Disgusting service , was at home when delivery supposedly attempted, then when l called the “help” line was assured delivery would be reattempted the following day, only to find l have to collect it myself from the post office!!! And l work night shift, so much for convenience, rate minus 10!!!
