Disgusting service , was at home when delivery supposedly attempted, then when l called the “help” line was assured delivery would be reattempted the following day, only to find l have to collect it myself from the post office!!! And l work night shift, so much for convenience, rate minus 10!!!

Absolutely digusted with this service. Over 5 weeks to deliver a parcel to africa. And they still havnt revieved it. Paud $37 postage for a nonservice. Not HAPPY

Worse delivery I have ever dealt with. I paid extra for express delivery and it’s already three days late. Disgusting especially since your representing Australia.
