I paid high amount to track international parcel, but its 7th working day, whenever i click on tracking, no tracking history available. Very disappointed.
Delivered within one working day as promised by the express post rules when sending items to a capital city.
11 Days and just received my parcel from Australia Post. My item arrived at Seaford Post Office in Melbourne on the 7th of June and then was received at Dandenong South (about 20 minutes drive to Seaford) on the 11th of June. My parcel then arrived at Northlakes in Queensland on the 12th June (about an hour from where l live) and arrived at Burnside for today's delivery. The problem seems to be Seaford Post Office who took 5 days to get it to Dandenong South. Northlakes Post Office took 5 days. Why an item dispatched from Cheltenham ends up going to Seaford and Dandenong South before leaving for Queensland does not make sense. I paid $15 for this delivery yet my free deliveries arrive from other sources by Australia Post and from start to finish they arrive in 3 days.

Item was posted in QLD on 11th of June to be sent to Victoria. It is still in QLD on 14th of June at 6.30pm. Atrocious and pathetic. Parcel urgently needed for vehicle repair.

If you spent more time on service and less time selling advertising space you may even get to 3 out of 5. What a disgraceful result for a service organisation. All you have to do is deliver.
I sent a parcel on a Saturday expecting it to be at my daughter's by Thursday and it has now been 5 working days and still no parcel pretty poor effort on Australia post when you pay to send it express post. And on checking my tracking number today it is only in Brisbane and was sent from Hervey Bay. Not good enough this is what you call SNAIL MAIL.
Offer a very good friendly service
Tracking is always cr*p and non descriptive. Parcels take ridiculous time to arrive, never on time, and often dsmaged. I send all my gear out by sendl or independant businesses who take half the time and deliver un damaged. I even pay extra for suppliers to use a different service whenever i can. I have purposefully watched an item sit at the final destinations sorting centre for 5 days on one occasion and 6 days on another ocassion before ringing and asking why it hasnt been delivered to the address which was so many days after the delivery date. When I eventually rang I was then fed a heap of garbage that it had only just arrived. Do you think your customers are stupid?! I could've handled an apology we are busy, or I am not sure what has happened there we will get it to you in the next dispatch. But to say it had only just arrived, garbage and shame on your customer service. Even express deliveries which i have paid extra for a better delivery service have arrived 3 or four days late.... and no that wasnt over a weekend, ordered on a Monday or Tuesday overnight express and didn't arrive until Friday with one small item not arriving until the following week. We have orders come in from the UK which arrove faster than an item sent on the same day from Victoria and NSW...... Gee I wonder why your rating is so dismal.
