Aust post service is appalling. mail goes to incorrect address. I get other peoples mail. parcel with tracking number not delivered to parcel point after 16 days. Parcel delivered to wrong address that need to be signed for and it goes on and on

Express post envelope sent a week ago from (I) Melb metro (Balwyn North) to Regional Vic (Daylesford). It still has not arrived. I paid extra for the Express Post but the service is appallingly bad.

i paid for express post and after 48hrs when i track my parcel that i had sent it stills shows it is still at tahmoor post office wtf is going on i think i should be entiteled to a refund as as i am not getting the service i paid for

Parcel has been in Melb since 21st August it left Qld on the 14 th August . Why so long . ? Iam aware it takes longer at the moment . It took 28 days for a letter to go from Melb to Qld. Again why so long

A waste of time even rating. Auspost clearly no longer has an interest in anything remotely related to service. Slow, difficult restrictions, limited hours. Delivery times that are primitive

Extremely rude and ill-informed “customer care” people as they call themselves who write to you after you send several emails ( once you have been assigned a case number). Currently they are blaming Covid, but they were no better pre-covid, especially as you pay for Express Post! They ignore all queries and complaints.

could improve. Especially around lockers issues. Parcels that require signature should be able to be picked up with code and signed on the screen if necessary. Happy wit everything else. Keep up good work.

Unable to get any information regarding an INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS post envelope held up in Melbourne. The envelope was posted on 11 May at Newham 3442, and is still in Melbourne 8 days later awaiting departure to the UK. After several futile attempts via typed messages to 'Ellen' ('25 years of experience. . . and 'her assistant "Pearl Wilson" Expert's Assistant') it was suggested I pay $5 to SPEAK to a real person. After having paid over $36 for the International Express paid envelope I don't expect to have to pay for assistance to explain the delay – VERY POOR SERVICE, with the exception of the delivery from Newham to Melbourne, just an hour away! 'NO STAR' RATING (unable to send this message without ticking a star box) for this particular job.
