I hate giving bad reviews but I had a parcel sent from Melbourne to Adelaide paid $5.99 for postage on 19th March to day 1st April parcel still has not arrived and was only being processed on Friday the 28th March whatever that means yet other parcels ordered the same day are here on time. So I still have no clue when it's coming by smart parcel that's really poor form Aus post

My local Post Office at Clarence Town NSW 2321 staff always are friendly and always go the little bit extra to help you with posting questions and help following up problems.

Sent parcel to UK paid extra for tracking was told it would get there in two days quicker six days insted of eight well still have not got it good One Australia post we received a parcel from UK in four days I don’t know what to rate you for this service maybe a 2

Received by australia post wed 27 march 9.02 Rowville Vic to be sent to Hunter valley NSW 6 to 7 days to delivery is this some sort of a joke

Paid for Express delivery...posted Wednesday and still in Sydney on Friday... not happy

Very disappointing! I really needed something to arrive today and it never showed up! Not even one star....sorry....dreadful service....your tracking system shows different results...one says Sth Oakleigh and the other says Bentleigh....make up your mind...I wont be using your service again!
