Very disappointing! I really needed something to arrive today and it never showed up! Not even one star....sorry....dreadful service....your tracking system shows different results...one says Sth Oakleigh and the other says Bentleigh....make up your mind...I wont be using your service again!

Why does mail within Australia take twice as long as mail that comes from over seas. Mail from NSW or Victoria to South Australia takes a week or more
