I have to say I'm so impressed with how efficiently my express parcel was delivered. Normally, it would take 2 working days. Under the present difficult circumstances I expected it to take much longer. It took 22 hrs!

The service is absolutely atrocious with parcels taking so long. I posted express post last Tuesday to somewhere 5 hours away at the cost of $25 to have it arrive supposedly in maximum 2 days if not overnight. It has taken 7 days. One to Victoria around 3 weeks, NZ still nothing and I posted 1st April. Warwick is around 2 weeks and nothing from NSW. I don’t know why we bother

APO hasn't been worth a crumb since it was run by the previous CEO and his minions.

Finally received the above parcel. It took 7 days to be delivered 100ks from Mt Gambier to Naracoorte. I realize the circumstances with the virus. It would have been quicker to walk that distance in a lot less time. We in the country get poor service compared to the city. Hopefully things will change for the better. Rod

Pathetic! Purchase sent by shop on the 14 from Brisbane 2.5hrs away an still has not arrived 7days later. Virus or not if this is a business then how it it running. If they accept business then they accept responsibility to deliver. Yes I have no sympathy for them as they have no customer feed back, no way other than this forum to express how unsatisfied the customer is and may as well not be operating. The stupidity here is a Melbourne package arrived quicker then one from Brisbane. Advise all to refuse using them when purchasing on line in the future....... Pathetic! Zero
