Pathetic! Purchase sent by shop on the 14 from Brisbane 2.5hrs away an still has not arrived 7days later. Virus or not if this is a business then how it it running. If they accept business then they accept responsibility to deliver. Yes I have no sympathy for them as they have no customer feed back, no way other than this forum to express how unsatisfied the customer is and may as well not be operating. The stupidity here is a Melbourne package arrived quicker then one from Brisbane. Advise all to refuse using them when purchasing on line in the future....... Pathetic! Zero

If I could give less than half a star I would, was expecting nearly 2 weeks ago and it's still in transit I hope Aus Post hasn't lost it grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Booval Post Office, ordered an Express Post envelope, Wed, 4mins to four pm, handed back in at 7 mins past four pm then told express post had been picked up at four pm and we'd missed the pick up, no mention by the staff to hurry or we'll hold the pickup til you're ready, then arrives Friday at P.O.Box address Springwood, 7.45am and still don't know if it has been picked up by client, according to tracking it arrived, but it doesn't show it it's been picked up. Does tracking cease when it arrives or should it show when it's collected.

How can a parcel be delivered safely when I never received it,i was home all day!!! So hard to get to talk to a human being, no one phoned me back asi requested. We are paying more an more for postalbbut get very kettle service. I am beginning to think you employ couriers who cant read, my unit number is clearly on my wall in two areas, clearly and easily seen!!My daughter even had printed in the envelope to check the address when delivering as this same thing has happened many times before this,please find my parcel, or at least contact me!!!

Hopeless, parcel was sent from Windang N.S.W to Parramatta NSW on the 03/04/20 an today's date is 17/04/20.... guess where the parcel is........Melbourne Victoria..... how the hell can a parcel end up in VICTORIA. Windang is a 90min drive from Parramatta n it's been 14 days since I posted it.
