Records not received ( 8th April)after being posted on 26th March. Lodged enquiry on 8th,still no response by 16th April. Am disappointed that someone else,that didn't pay for them, will be enjoying MY records.

My parcel arrived at Redbank exchange on the morning of the 5th l complained to australia post on the 8th midday I got it on the 9th . They also have lost 2only parcel of mine. Not a good service

Hopeless service, opened mail contents gone. Lost cards. Delays with parcel deliveries...plus you can't even enquire about deliveries by phone...grrrr

Why does it take from the 25th of March to the 5th of April, for my parcel to get from Narrabeen post office, to the international terminal.Thats 13 business days In Sydney!!!! Really poor service...
