Why does it take from the 25th of March to the 5th of April, for my parcel to get from Narrabeen post office, to the international terminal.Thats 13 business days In Sydney!!!! Really poor service...

I paid for express post - sent wed at 9am for deliver due Thursday - and not delivered still in transit sent at Croydon P.O. for delivery in hawthorn heights - paid $26 dollars for box & express - I’ll be expecting a full refund because my kids did not set their gifts on time

Item expected delivery date is on 07/04 but still no sign of the parcel pr correspondent about where about it is.

One and a half working days since having lodged the parcel and it’s still at Prospect Post Office.

Paid express post. Told by post office item would be delivered yesterday. Upon tracking parcel it’s still in transit. Disappointing. If I’d been told it wouldn’t get to its destination on time I wouldn’t have bothered with the extra cost to express post it.

Very disappointed with AusPost.I sent a parcel to Forest Hill, 3131, on Tuesday 7/4 and paid for express and told it was guaranteed to arrive the next day but much to the disappointment of the children it was going to, it has not arrived by today Thursday. so it appears that Express post is not worth spending the money on.So right now I would give AusPost a minus star.

Not good service. Waiting on medical supplies that haven't come yet. Closed in 3 hours for Easter weekend. Will run out of supplies before the weekend is put and no one cares. You were never this bad years ago
