Paid express post. Told by post office item would be delivered yesterday. Upon tracking parcel it’s still in transit. Disappointing. If I’d been told it wouldn’t get to its destination on time I wouldn’t have bothered with the extra cost to express post it.

Very disappointed with AusPost.I sent a parcel to Forest Hill, 3131, on Tuesday 7/4 and paid for express and told it was guaranteed to arrive the next day but much to the disappointment of the children it was going to, it has not arrived by today Thursday. so it appears that Express post is not worth spending the money on.So right now I would give AusPost a minus star.

Not good service. Waiting on medical supplies that haven't come yet. Closed in 3 hours for Easter weekend. Will run out of supplies before the weekend is put and no one cares. You were never this bad years ago

Tracking so you can see it sit at each processing office for days on end.. very poor service for sure thumbs down all around

Parcel takes three days processing at each stop around Australia It’s quicker receive from international Australian Post What A Joke
